  • Facebook – it’s the largest social media network and the 3rd largest country in the World (hypothetically speaking if it was to co-exist).  A flexible platform that offers many ways for you to create a brand or monitor it.  Recently Facebook has teamed up with Microsoft’s Bing.com search engine to provide and deliver searchability to its users.  To monitor your brand you’ll need to use the search box for your search query that’s located on your profile page.  We say “profile page” simply because you’ll need to create an account on Facebook in order to use the search option.  If you feel uncomfortable creating a profile seek a friend that has one and ask them to perform a search on your company’s name.  The results that you get back will display information about your company and what others are saying about it on Facebook.
